• On the basis of patent filed, publications in SCI/ Peer Reviewed journals, etc
• By counting experience after after getting qualification
• On the basis of quality, number and authorship of Scientific Journal Publications
• Experience in the relevant field
• Research specialization
• by counting experience after the acquisition of essential qualifications
• The selected candidates will be on probation for particular time after joining the duty
