Qualification:
- Officers of SBI/E-ABs retired in the grade SMGS IV/V shall be considered for ERS
- Candidates should have work experience in the area of audit
- The officer should have retired from the Bank’s Service only on attaining superannuation

Selection Process:
- Selection is based on Shortlisting & Interview
- Shortlisting committee constituted by Bank will decide the parameter for Shortlisting.
- Interview carries 100 marks.
- Intimation/Call Letter will be sent through the registered mail.
- Circle wise, Category wise Merit List will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Interview.
- The period of engagement is One year minimum and 3 years maximum or up to attainment of 65 years of age.
- Candidates have to upload their documents in the form of PDF
- Engaged officials shall review the areas of pre-sanction and sanction processes of all Loans with credit exposure of above RS. 1 crore
